Dangerously High is a live performance about Kitty’s own struggles with bipolar disorder and the strength of her recovery in dramatic form.
She discusses her natural highs as a fun loving child with many friends, a confident teenager who was surprised to be chosen as queen of the prom, not surprised to earn the title of valedictorian, and a Cum Laude college student happy to be away from home. She reminiscences about being a compassionate teacher who enjoyed the drama, humor, and learning in the classroom, and about being a young mother who adored being with her two fantastic daughters.
Kitty then discloses her personal, professional, and financial crashes that resulted in her becoming “dangerously high.”
Lastly, she talks of her recovery that began in 1995, and how grateful she is now that she’s returned to being “Naturally High”
